pk2wln takes the privacy of its players seriously. Whether you are a player in Karachi accessing pk2wln for PSL betting, a user in Lahore playing live casino, or a player anywhere else in Pakistan depositing via JazzCash or Easypaisa, the same data protection standards apply to you. To facilitate PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other supported methods, pk2wln shares necessary transaction data with the relevant payment service providers. 6.3 Identity Verification Providers. pk2wln may use third-party identity verification services to validate CNIC documents and confirm player ages. These providers process data strictly for verification purposes under contractual obligations to pk2wln.

6.4 Game Providers. When you play a game hosted by a third-party game studio, limited technical and session data may be transmitted to that provider as required for game functionality. Game providers do not receive your full personal profile.

6.5 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities. pk2wln will disclose personal data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or courts where required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction — including anti-money laundering authorities.

Identity verification documents may be retained for longer where required by law.

When data is no longer required and retention obligations have expired, pk2wln will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our internal data management procedures.

9.1 Essential Cookies. pk2wln uses cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Platform — including session management, login authentication, and security functions. These cookies cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality.

9.2 Analytical Cookies. With your consent, pk2wln may use analytical cookies to understand how players interact with the Platform, which pages are most visited, and how the Platform can be improved. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual players.

No online platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, pk2wln will notify affected players in accordance with applicable notification obligations.

pk2wln's Services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that a minor has registered an account or provided personal data, the account will be immediately closed and the data deleted.
